Terrible experience in general. They are in contract with Ramblewood South complex, so if you live there be careful. Parked in my personal parking space for my apartment, they still took my truck, claiming I was on private property. I came out, was given a price to drop the car and as soon as I go in to get the cash, the driver left anyways. I ended up having to call the police the next day when going to pick up my truck because the man wouldn’t give me the rights to my own vehicle. Police report in hand, I’m only imagining how many people they do this to and leave stranded. The media, social media and any bureau that I get in front of will hear about the way this business chooses to operate.
