We’re taking precautions to help protect you against the coronavirus

We’re taking all the necessary precautions to help keep you—our valued member—and your family safe during the COVID-19 outbreak.

When you need Roadside Assistance, you’ll be helped by a driver wearing fresh gloves and driving a vehicle that has been disinfected after each service call. We’ve asked the approved roadside contractors we sometimes use to follow our preventive guidelines, too.

For your protection, and the protection of Drivers, you will not be allowed to ride with the Tow Truck Driver to the tow destination. This is to ensure compliance with social distancing recommendations by the CDC and other relevant authorities.

For your added safety, we’re asking members who have been exposed to the coronavirus and need Roadside Assistance to let us know so we can arrange alternative transportation from the side of the road if needed.
